You can check balances of your savings, checking, and loan accounts, while also reviewing your credit and debits for each account. FSB Voice Banking provides detailed transaction data, and allows you to search by amount, date, and check number (if applicable). Account transfers between your accounts are also easier than ever with Voice Banking! Transfer funds anytime and from anywhere, all at your convenience.

With our voice banking service, you can inquiry on account balances, review recent deposit and withdraw transactions, check your ATM transactions, and transfer funds between accounts.

›› For Loan Accounts:

With our voice banking service, you can inquiry on note balances, review your next payment amount, learn about your upcoming payment information, and gather interest information.

How to sign up for Voice Banking

  1. Come to one of our branches or contact us
  2. A Personal Banker will create a username of your choice. Your username must be all numbers and at least 4 characters long.
  3. You will also recieve your intial password.
  4. Call our voice banking number (1-844-532-1120)
  5. You will be prompted for your username and password.
  6. Once logged in, you’ll need to change your password.
